Patient-centered research for better health and healthcare

Our research activities involve a substantial number of financial and intellectual partnerships with other academic, health system (hospitals, community-based healthcare organizations and government) and voluntary organizations which are critical to conducting the research but also in ensuring that the work is relevant to the healthcare needs of our community and patients.

Principal investigators from epidemiology, family medicine, psychiatry, and clinical sciences, together with their research teams, have earned national and international recognition for contributions to high quality research as well as for the use of research in policy and practice.
